Can anyone help me locate my great grandmothers 2nd husband please?

I have her marriage certificates, 2nd one says Stratford Charles Strevens, Builder Forman aged 74 Father Stratford William Strevens, Hotel Manager (Dec) Married Elizabeth Ann Wyatt aged 51 Father Richard John Osborne, Coal Miner (Dec) They married 29 Oct 1949 in Cardiff, Glamorgan. I have Elizabeth, her father and 1st husband on the censuses but no trace of Stratford. Stratford Charles Strevens b.c. 1875 working from the marriage cert. I found 1 burth reg in 1873 Strand, London and a marriage in 1899 to Frances Howells in Pembroke - she is on the 1901 census with a daughter and her parents but no sign of Stratford. Any help will be appreciated.

Those could be his parents. I guess I'll be saving up for the birth cert and 1st marriage cert now then - or waiting for 1911 census in hope the Great-grandpa streven shows up. Thanks all

Ozi, It's not that I think they are not mine, it's more that I want to work through it proppally and find my great grandfather and be confident that he is mine before jumping back to a child and his parents when it could be someone else. I can see that they are most likely mine but until I am 100% sure I wount claim them.
