I've just trawled through 10 years looking for the death of Joshua Webster, Bethnal Green,Middx and there's a page missing (Q4 1867) Does this happen often and is there a way of finding out if Joshua died during this period? Thanks Sue

Open one of the qtrs. that IS there for that year. Then on the line at the top of the image click on the year. This should bring up all four qtrs. for the year. Click on the one that was missing and you will get a list of the alphabet. Click on the letter your name starts with and then go through the pages until you get to the surname you are looking for. It's a lot easier than it sounds. On rare occasions this doesn't work and the quarter is still missing. In this case you can usually find the quarter on www.findmypast(.)com which is pay per view. I've had a look - no Joshua registered in that quarter. Kath. x
