You can't view their tree because it's not working again, can someone try and access their tree please to see if there is a problem with the site AGAIN and let me know. Much appreciated Elaine |

Thanks for looking I've logged out, come back and followed the instructions about pressing ctrl and F5 and nothing is happening, new tree won't load and the old tree is pretty much the same, off to e-mail genes as the instructions says Elaine |

Genes have e-mailed, had already done the bits suggested, love this one though If you still have problems viewing your tree then we do suggest you try lowering the settings on your anti-virus/internet security. We also suggest you try pressing control and F5 simultaneously. This will clear any cached pages your PC has stored. Hopefully this will then work for you It just won't open up unless I log out and start again and then it won't display the tree just the search bits. Had enough now !!! Elaine |

Amazing isn't it, I use firefox and have never had a problem and have accessed my tree quite happily before. Just gone through IE and it's working fine Elaine |

You need to clear down your temp internet files regularly - this site wont work properly if you don't have enough space to load the pages in. In firefox you can do this though tools, clear private data and check cache |
