can anyone help with a durham marriage please

Help With A Durham Marriage. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a marriage of a francis charles cassidy wray to a mary pearson (obtained on further records from Scotlands peaple). The info given was that it occured 24th dec 1893 in howorth (or heworth) county durham. I want to order this cert but can't from gro without reference number. I can't find any record of this marriage on freebmd, ancestry or familysearch. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help will be gratefully received. Regards, Lea |

Hi Rose, yes I did get it from a birth record. There is something fishy with this branch of my tree and can't seem to crack it! Regards, Lea |
