This Thomas is ok age and in the right area in 1901 with his parents - job is a baker: BUT there are a lot of Thomas Kellys on the census and you really need the marriage certificate to know which one is yours. The latest census available is 1901 so if the couple were not married or living in the area at that time then you will not find them on there. Is this child the eldest? If not, who is the eldest child - hopefully one born before 1901? You need to find the marriage of this couple and buy the marriage cert to find their fathers names and occupations to trace them backwards. Unfortunately you have an Irish name there in Liverpool and fingers crossed it doesnt turn out he was from Ireland as thats when things get very difficult to trace. Can any one help look up the census for me i am looking for thomas kelly he had a son 24/12/1903 charles henry and was registered in 1904 to what looks like a mary ward or hard in everton south west derby liverpool, m kelly formerly hard, ward? it says lived in 1 in 2 court beresford street everton thomas was a plasterers lobourer. I am not sure of a age for them both or of any other children the birth certs handwriting is hard to under stand thnak you all for your help margi
