I am trying to find the date of birth of my great grandmother Elizabeth Purvuer Lord. I know she married my great grandfather Charles William Keat on July11th 1872 at S.George Hanover Square. She was aged about 22. I know she had a sister called Florence Lord but don't know if she had any other brothers or sisters. Also l know that Charles William father was called William Keat but again can't find his date of birth or anything about him. If anyone knows anything about the family please get in touch. Elizabeth, She was born in Westminster according to the 1881 census. Who was her father according to the marriage cert and how do you know her sister was called Florence? Rose |

There is this birth reference... Births Mar 1851 (>99%) PURVEAUR Elizabeth Catherine Lambeth 4 315 On the marriage reference she is down as Lord & Purvuer?? She seems to be registered twice once with the name Lord and once with the name Purvuer, or am I getting confused......or should I say registered once but under both names...same registration number. Gail. |

Same family in 1861 at same address. Children are: George 19 Richard 10 Betsy 8 Thomas 6 Sarah 4 Mary Ann 3 Samuel 10 months If Betsy is Elizabeth, she's only aged 8 years in 10. |
