Hello Dotty I have aol broadband too. Have you checked your settings? You can set them to different levels, I have mine on medium. I always check my spam file before I go to my emails and sometimes there is an email in there that I want to read. As Horatia said, aol is very vigilant. Are you saying you cannot get pictures? or are you only getting part of your messages? you can get online support and 'chat with a tech' online, but you need to have some time and patience. They are sometimes able to help though. |

AOL employ spam avoidence technology and sometimes it's a little over enthusiastic. I've seen lots of people complaining about AOL regarding that issue. Cheers, Horatia |

Right, never used AOL in my life so I'm probably not the best person to advise. How about contacting AOL Support - that's what you are paying them for every month for so they should help you. Cheers, Horatia |

HI, I use AOL email. |

What do you use for your email then? Hotmail? Yahoo? AVG would alert you to viruses in your email, it wouldn't stop normal clean emails arriving. Cheers, Horatia |

Perhaps they aren't using the correct email address - you only have to miss one full stop off and it won't get there. Do you use Outlook Express for your email? Perhaps that is removing the attachments and that's why you can't see them. Cheers, Horatia |
