no forename in 1901 census

	You don't need a forename to search on Ancestry.........what is the surname? On the PRO site.........click on 'advanced search'.....you can then search without a forename. You just have to specify gender Reg

Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 17 Send Message	I'm researching a very rare surname...but can't figure out how to pull up all those with that surname in the 1901 census....it always demands a forename and I don't know the forenames, just want all of them. Any ideas how to do it? Part of the family is in hampshire, now trying to find out if there are any in london (there were some back in the 1850s). Thanks for your help.

	just put in surname date if known and where born and it will bring them all up Jeanette
