Try clearing out your temporary internet files. That might be stopping it. Does the laptop use the same internet connection as your PC?

I seem to have a problem with the above all I get is a white screen on my computer. I know other people have had this problem as well but I cannot remember what the remedy is. I have tried it on a different laptop and I go stright in no probs. So I guess I may have a setting wrong. Does anybody know what the problem is or can help? Thanks in advance
