Genes Tree Problem

Hi Deb, I am having exactly the same problem...tree comes up at top but no-where to add extra family in bottom half...just blank space!! very frustrating. I have written to GR but the info they gave me didn't help.... said I need certain pixels for it to come up but have checked & my computer is set on the correct pixels as suggested by them. I have added to my tree in the past so can't understand why I'm having this trouble now. gggrrrrrr Chris in Oz I

Hi Jeanette, Thanks for your reply. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that 'my' info box was very much smaller, than the box on 'shared' trees. More like a letter box, than the usual half page. Very irritating! But today, I don't even have that! I cannot access the info at all. Very strange. Debbie

my tree ok but I did have same prob few weeks ago but if I remember there is one line at bottem of page and you can scroll one line at time thats what I did a bit awkward though Jeanette

I have just tried to access my tree to add some names. Firstly, can't access it from the 'my family tree' link on the left!? Went to shared and then accessed it from there. BUT, now I'm there, there is no info bit at the bottom of the page??!! So, I can't edit any info already there. Also, if I want to 'add' someone, if I click add father, it puts a box on the tree, saying father, but there is nowhere to input the info. Could someone try their tree, and see if it's the same?? I can see the info page on shared trees.
