You can search the IGI for yourself. http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true There are several baptisms for children of Robert and Elizabeth. Once you have located the relevant entries you will have names and dates. You may be able to consult copies of the original parish records to get additional information about the family. Baptismal records often state the actual birth date and the address of the family. Pete |

The IGI has an extracted record which shows a marriage for Robert BARSBY to Eliz LUDLAM in 1807. RICHARD BARSBY Marriages: Spouse: ELIZ. LUDLAM Marriage: 12 JUL 1807 Oadby, Leicester, England So Elizabeth is likely to be born c1787 There is a baptism listed in the IGI in Oadby for Elizabeth LUDLAM in 1877. Are the dates you posted correct? Elizabeth would have been 18 years old and married when she died according to the info you have given. Not impossible but rather unusual. Pete |
