Help needed please - Ancestry enhanced viewer

Marie if you view any page on one of the census's at the top of the census page it says options, click on options and then in the dropdown box click Advanced Viewer. Georgina. |

Hi Marie, are you sure you are actually installing it or just downloading it? The second installation may be the actual installation process after download of the setup programme. Have you tried clicking the second install again? Keith |

Can anyone help please? I have been trying to download the enhanced viewer from Ancestry, it goes through all the motions of downloading then says setup completed successfully. I close the box,click continue and it says do I want to install the viewer all over again. Ive been trying for days what am I doing wrong.? Thanks Marie |
