Thanks heather i do have hes daughter my grand mothers details alice mcnamara 1919 born bermondsey how do i get these birth certs do i have to buy them. fran

Hi Fran , yes you have to buy the certificate. You can order online from GRO and ot costs £7 when you have the reference number .....I'll look for Alice's birth...
