Sorry to all who offered to help. he died in 1970 aged 86 give or take a year or so.

Frances, I think you need to delete some of your threads because I just spent some time searching and then realised that the info had already been supplied. This site doesnt give information - re your disappointment - its the members who help others. If too many go on wild goose chases looking for info already found you will have less members willing to help for the next search.
