If you know the areas try Friends Reunited - they list all the current schools in each area, both state and fee paying. |

You could look at the Local Authority's website. They will probably have an Education section and you may find lists of schools for the area - or maps etc. Worth a try. Alternatively, give them a call. Somewhere in their archives there will be records of schools that have closed. If schools have closed the roll books of pupils/students may well be in the archives too. Jill |

Hi been away from researching for quite a while. Can someone point me in the right direction. I am hoping to try and find out what schools my Dad went to. Is there a site where i can find old schools. Thanks all :-) Shaz |
