altering postal orders

can anyone please tell me if it is allowed to tipex out on a postal order sent off for cert to barnsley was sent back no trace could i change it for another registry office lynnx |

You can't alter a postal order, you will have to cash it back in and repurchase a new one. If you go to your local po then they will help you. |
