Printer not Working Help.

I have an Epson cv42 i have 10 papers to be printed i am hopeless just don,t know what to do.Any help much appreciated Thanks June ..

Have you tried accessing the manufacturer's website? They must have a 'help' section............. Reg

In what way is it not working - it just wont turn on?

Heather it is turned on new cartridges in 10 docs it says to be printed ? June ..

The whole point of a the manufacturer's 'help' is that you get step-by-step guidance from experts who understand the specific equipment with which you have the problem............... Reg

So are you saying your problem is that the printer is saying there are 10 docs waiting to be printed and you dont want them? Right click on the printer icon and it should show you the docs waiting to be printed and then delete them. If you mean you want 10 to be printed but nothing is happening? Well, Im not the best person to ask, personally I would turn off the printer, restart the computer and try again! Usually works for me! As Reg says these step by step guides are usually idiot proof, I even manage to follow them sometimes.
