Hi everyone, just wondering can anyone help? I am able to view someone's tree they have 5000+ in their tree the problem is when i go on to full tree i get a message pop up saying there is a scipt running too slow to i want to abort iv tried yes and no but either way it makes no difference the tree doesn't come up. Does anyone know what i can do? Please help from Denise

have tried clicking if you can on view then click Immediate family Jeanette

Is there not an option at the top called 'old tree'? use that you get alot less problems.
