Searching by entering both names is applicable only on freebmd, where the records have been transcribed. For any records which have not yet been transcribed, the option does not exist......... Reg

You can on FreeBMD, but you would have to limit the number of years for each search. e.g Smith & Jones, all counties, 1850 to 1855. Then repeat for next year span 1856 to 1860 etc But remember not everything is transcribed. Jay

Yeah on FreeBMD there is an option to put both names in and search that way! x

on freebmd you only have to put a name in and further down select the years you want to search, Gail

on that site you can enter spouses surname aswell. Not sure if that is what you are looking for. Gail

Was just wondering if it is possible to enter the name surname of each spouse to find a marriage, without entering a date or a place of marriage?
