Steve, bear in mind that if your possible death regs are taken from the GRO index, the date refers to the quarter, rather than the precise month. Jay |

Unfortunately, before 1865 the deaths index doesn't give age at death. This info will be on the cert however. Therefore, assuming that they are on the 1861 census in that area, but have disappeared by 1871, then there is a good chance that you have found their deaths. You'll need to buy the certs though to make sure. |

Hi all, i have been trying to track down two people for months. I have just come across two people with the correct names, died in a very possitive location. And they are both listed together as dying in the same area, month and year. Would anyone have any ideas where i could go from here to see if they where brother and sister, and if indeed they are the same two people i have been looking for. Year, 1863 Month, March Area, Langport, somerset. Thanks :-) |
