Thanks Peter How do I clear temp Internet files, Please? No I have not recently updated my tree. The only software I have insstalled recently was Tesco Internet Phone, two or three months ago. I couldn't get it to work so deleted it from my PC..

First of all clear down your temp internet files as strange things can happen with GR if you run out of workspace. Secondly have you recently uploaded tour tree, and if so has it happened since then? Or has it suddenly changed without warning.? Have you made any other changes to your computer recently?

When I try to access my tree on GR, I can only view the living family correctly. When I click on my mother or father, I get a note at the bottom that there is an error on the page, then a page saying it couldn't connect to the GR site. If I click on my wife's mother or father, their surname has been put in the 'Middle name' box and 'F' or 'M' entered in the 'Surname box'. This seems to be the male and female put in the wrong box, but some of the males have 'F' and age is either missing or replaced with a 'C' My tree seems to be corrupted. What is going on? David
