Could someone please let me have the on line address for ordering a birth certificate. Thankyou to all of you that has helped me tonight.....

Yes, it's £7 from the GRO if you have the reference numbers. Make sure you tick the yes box that asks 'Is the full GRO reference known?'. If you leave it on no they will charge you more. Kath. x

Keith, Adding a checking point doesn't cost an extra £3. All it means is if the checking point does not match up with the reference you have given, then they charge you £3 out of your £7 for the check, and they refund you £4. If the checking point does match, then they still only charge £7. Kath. x

Yes that is the one Sue, if you wish to add a checking point (seperate page on order) that will cost an extra £3 making £10 in total. Good luck Keith

Kath, thanks, thats news to me, have paid £10 before and they have taken it for the correct cert! Will have to try that next time.
