Can someone help please? I am trying to find a birth date for my natural father(as i was adopted) I have tried Birth records for the years around his age but have found nothing, as cannot do anything else about trying to find him untill i have his birth date. Can any one advice me as to where to go next? The only solution i have is that he was registered under a different name to now! |

Hi Suzanne, I presume we are talking post 1901 for the birth. If you know when he was born, have you checked the FULL (complete) birth indexs, not just freeBMD. This would give you the quarter of birth, to find the birth date, you would have to order the certificate. If you would like to pm me or post details will take a look for you. |
