The only thing I can think of is Kirkstall Forge, near to Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds, founded by the monks... ...too far-fetched? lol

Well I can tell you Ed that I have never come across it in East Yorkshire........not that I profess to know every place name in the East Riding! It sounds to me like an address within a town

i,ve tried genuki to no avail, does anyone know where it may have been ?.
