Just tried ellisisland.org, fantastic info for FREE! Found my Grandfather on ancestry, com freebie in December and printed orginal passinger list image I imput same info on Ellis Island and also viewed 'Immigration Officers' details and found address of who and where he was going to stay with, his aunt I new nothing about. Did further searches (1898 & 1920) and found two more aunt and details of occupation, Glasgow and NY addresses (All nurses) even their height, hair colour & colour of their eyes! Costs $25 to print 1 page, usualy runs into 2 pages = $50 (£25) approx. I printed images for FREE!!!!! using 'Print Screen' button. Can't get cheaper than Free! Derek PS Only odd part is one of their sisters was married in NY in 1905 according to records of LDS's yet no record of arriving in NY, no aeroplanes then!
