Hi all, Is anyone able to tell me why all of a sudden on web pages and emails where there should be an image, I'm getting a white area with a little red cross in top left hand corner where the picture should be, and more important how to correct it, would be ever so grateful for some advice. thanx Lynn |

Try clearing out your temp files - you probably have insufficient space to download the page. If you use Internet Explorer then click on Tools, Internet Options then Delete Files |

Have you downloaded any new programmes, such as a pop up blocker or anything lately? Ann Glos |

It may be that your ISP are having server problems. Check their service status page on the internet. Cheers, Horatia |

Hello Lynn, fancy seeing you here! I can't help with your query though, OH is at college doing rock bashing (Geology) tonight and he's the whizzkid who keeps me up and running. Only bit of advice I can add though is use Firefox or Opera (My preference) Hope all is well and your reaching budget :-) |

Firstly, you need to ensure that there is a tick next to 'Show Pictures' on the Advanced tab of Internet Options (accessible from the Tools menu at the top of your IE window). |
