Hi all, Is anyone able to tell me why all of a sudden on web pages and emails where there should be an image, I'm getting a white area with a little red cross in top left hand corner where the picture should be, and more important how to correct it, would be ever so grateful for some advice. thanx Lynn

Try clearing out your temp files - you probably have insufficient space to download the page. If you use Internet Explorer then click on Tools, Internet Options then Delete Files

Have you downloaded any new programmes, such as a pop up blocker or anything lately? Ann Glos

It may be that your ISP are having server problems. Check their service status page on the internet. Cheers, Horatia

Hello Lynn, fancy seeing you here! I can't help with your query though, OH is at college doing rock bashing (Geology) tonight and he's the whizzkid who keeps me up and running. Only bit of advice I can add though is use Firefox or Opera (My preference) Hope all is well and your reaching budget :-)

Firstly, you need to ensure that there is a tick next to 'Show Pictures' on the Advanced tab of Internet Options (accessible from the Tools menu at the top of your IE window).
