I have an ancestor who was a Camp Warden RAF and his wife died in Louth District. He came back down South to his family. I've done a 'google' search and RAF Manby comes up. Does anybody have local knowledge as to whether RAF Manby was the only RAF base in the area? |

Hi, There were several RAF camps around Louth, Manby being the nearest. There was Binbrook not far away. Lincolnshire was covered with wartime camps, sadly many now disused. Keith |
