nudging for later use

i dont wont to sound thick BUT what does nudging for later use mean

Angela if you read a posting that may help you later on in your research, or just a message you are interested in then click on ''add reply'' & type N or NUDGE then that message will be in your ''view your threads only'' instead of you having to search through pages of messages. Georgina.

when some one wants to bookmark incase needs info later you can click on view your own threads and they will come up and then click on see all replies otherwise you will only see your own Jeanette

Any threads that you start or add to can be found when you click on the 'view my threads only'. Please note though (this took me a while to realise!!) that when you go into that and open a thread from there, you then have to click on 'view all replies' other wise you only see the bits that you have done!! Lots of people do it so they can find things easier at a later date and we also do it to keep important or useful messages on the first page so other members will see them. PS You're not thick at all!! If you don't ask, you'll never know. It makes sense to ask for help.
