	There is so much Identity theft going on here that we now have all kinds of barriers. You might contact them and see what else you can do since you are overseas. Sorry I am not much help. PAuline

	You should be able to get an International Money Order in US currency from the Post Office. At least you can in Oz and I am sure I remember doing it in the UK.
