go to contacts click on by thier name then there will be a tick are they looking in right place they will have a tree by your name Jeanette |

Are they a paying member? I understood someone to say recently that free membership allowed you to show your tree to paying members, but you were unable to view theirs in return. Jay |

Click on Shared Trees on the left menu list. Find the person in your list of Contacts and ensure that there is a tick in the box under 'Let them see your tree' If they then check their list they should see a green tree next to your name. They click on this to see your tree. |

if they open thier tree they can click on right hand side and get list of trees in alphabetical order by christian name Jeanette |
