Hi I am trying to locate where my uncle was buried (or cremated) and not sure how to go about it? He was born in Liverpool (where I am from) and died in Hackney, London @ St Josephs Hospice in 1987 (I found this info. from his death certificate. However, I am trying to locate where he was buried. I have looked on the website of Abney Cemetery, London but no luck. Does anybody no of any other cemeteries he could be at as I dont live in London? Anne-Marie.

As he was born in Liverpool, it is possible that his final resting place is also in Liverpool..........a lot of people like to go back to their roots, as it were......... Reg

Write again to the hospice and do enclose a donation, however small, as they are (or used to be) always in need of funds. I am sure someone from there will reply but it just takes time. Marie
