Thanks Peter, My tree did say something like pending for a while and then it went back to saying normal. The only problem was that the extra relatives weren't added. I've just tried again so i'll let you know if i'm more successful this time! Hannah

If you look on the page where you import your file you will see your tree status. It should normally show 'Your Tree Status: Normal' Immediately after yo upload a new file, the status changes to Pending (or something similar - it is a while since I uploaded a file so I can't remember the exact wording) After a while (maybe a couple oh hours or so, depending on the size of your file or how busy GR are) the status will change back to Normal. You should also receive an email from GR saying the upload was sucessful.

I have tried to import my GEDCOM file from my computer but my on-line tree has not been updated. I contacted the GR help centre but they just told me my tree had been successfully imported. This was friday and my tree still isn't updated? Can anyone help?
