Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 15 Send Message	I have been trying for 3 days to purchase a marriage certificate online thorugh the records office but the internet won't let me thorugh when i click on the link to puchase certificates. Does anyone know any other means of purchasing online other than through the records office that is safe?
