Hi if you use the website 1stlocate, there is a facility where you can type in just the postcode and it will throw up who lives there!! |

Not sure if you can access this info on line, someone else may know, but I used to work at local ref library and we kept copy of current electoral roll at desk. If you went in person you could look at it but if you rang up we could only confirm a name at that address not tell you who was there, if you know what I mean. If you think you know who lives there, try ringing up, if not and you can get to library call in. If it's not your local library you could try posting library name and see if someone on here was willing? |
