Hi Has anyone experienced a problem with this? I want to order a birth certificate for my Gt grandfather but there are at least six Henry Moores born in that area/time so I thought I would ask the GRO to cross reference. They say that you can give an alternate index no. but when I click on the cross reference tab the screen stays the same with nowhere to put extra info. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the website? Frustrated (already ordered two wrong certificates) Sue |

OK I guess it was me - just tried again and it worked but I don't know what I did different! Sue |
