My hubbies grandmothe, Florence Bradshaw, was born in halifax Nova scotia in 1904, but as i understand it, birth records didnt start until 1908?.... the problem is, her father Henry Bradshaw, worked in army supply, and travelled alot.. originally from England, so tracking him down is almost impossible ( not stopping put long enough to register on a census) we only have his name from Florences marrige cert. (1928) she was married in Nottingham England, so they must have returned back to England before this. is there any way i can trace Florences birth over there, please? |
