	Not really, Michelle - a lot depends on who the informant was! If the birth was registered by the mother, and she was married to the father, or SAID she was married to the father, then the Registrar would enter her husband as being the father of her child - he wouldn't question her word. Legally, the husband of a married woman is the father of her children, unless he goes to the Registrar himself and says differently. Does that answer your question? OC

	It certainly means he was present nine months before, or at least the mother says he was!! LOL Keith
