Hi Sorry Roy - just wanted to point out that there is this birth registration.......... Mary Agnes Quayle, 1884, Q2 Whitehaven Cumbria, Cumberland 10b 679 So could tie up with the Whitehaven marriage above, so possibly not Mary Agnes from Ulverston getting married. Gail.

Hi Raymond As far as I know you can search the full BMD images free on ancestry, you will have to work through quarter by quarter until you find a possible. It is difficult with marriages if you have no idea of which area they may have got married in, but a full search will be needed as they may have married beyond the scope of the free BMD. Gail.

I have beeen searching Ancestry(.)com Free BMD, for some marriages, I have gone through what I think are the relevant years,16yrs of age onwards and have come up with absolutely nothing, that's going through them in groups of ten. I would appreciate any help or tips on how to solve this problem. I am looking for: Philip Quayle c1888 born in dalton in Furness Lancashire. Sarah Quayle c1886 also born in Dalton Annie Quayle c1883 -------'-------'------- Mary Quayle c1883 -------'-------'------- These are twins if the birth dates are correct Their parents were Robert Quayle c1855 of Isle of Man and Mary A Kneale c1852 also Isleofman
