Hi Trying to help brother-in-law who thinks his gran died in Dulwich hospital about the time he started at the comp! What's the registration district and would her death necessarily be done in that district? thanks in advance - Bridie |

The death would definitely be registered in the district in which it occurred............. Can't tell you offhand which district it would be, but you can find all the info about such things on the genuki website. But, if he knows how old she was, and her name wasn't too common, he should be able to find it by trawling the indices on Ancestry, which are completely free. Reg |

Should have googled it first - was trying to be lazy, lol Greater London for 1965-74, Southwark after that. So none of those I've looked at - back to the drawing board! |
