a member has asked to view my tree which I don't have a problem with but they are not showing in my contact list so how do I give them access. Thanks Gail

hi happy new year. when you have your contacts page up there is a little box at the end of each name tick this if you want that person to view your tree

I have had maybe the same problem before,especially if its a lady who has perhaps registered in her maiden name or vice versa.You just have to ask what other name they may be listed under. Regards William Russell Jones Cefn Mawr Wrexham.

if you check your in box you should be able to find the correct name, then go to contacts, find the name and tick the box

try going back to the original message there could be a box at the bottom of message to say if you want them to view

have you been in contact with him before? if not you really should consider if you want to open your tree to someone with whom you have had no contact. personally i would not open a tree under these conditions.
