hi...i`m trying to make the connection from my ancestors ralph oakes b 1732 and mary trelfa b 1736 who were born and married in middlewich...they had 9 children william1758/john1760/thomas1761/ralph1764/joseph1765/mary1767/richard1770/hannah1772/and samuel1774......they all moved to backford except john oakes......some one on rootschat has contacted me with an ancestor thomas oakes b 1803 in middlewich he married amy burgess......this contact tells me they have all thomas`s descendants, but can`t go back further than thomas...i`m trying to make a connection,as it seems likely they would have been related somehow.....anyone got any ideas/tips or sites i might check?....regards....allan oakes |
