The message comes through on your email and then you reply to the sender through your email, remembering to take out your email address if you don't want it shown. Hope this helps? |

I contacted somebody through the Ancestry site and never received a reply. I made contact later through another route and was told that he had never received my message from Ancestry. Margaret |

I have found a certain match on the Ancestry site, but could someone tell me if the person contacted has to log onto the Ancestry site to recover any message, or...are they alerted to a message on their email address the way GR does???? Kathlyn |
