I too was wondering how you could find out that she died in childbirth but looking on th death index its quite obvious, there is a child also aged 0, listed also. Eileen - there were more children fron the second marriage but i dont know what year any of them were born, only names, Arthur,Doris & Maude but I'm not even certain they were fathered by him or if his new wife already had them (perhaps from a previous marriage of hers!) !!!!!

Just for the record,it looks like his first wife Sarah died in child birth in the Sept qtr of 1914. Eileen

Tried up to 1940,still can`t find, he`d be 67 by now. Eileen

Hi tried right up to 1925 cannot find a marriage for a David anywhere tried Lapage Lappige etc no joy Sorry will look further after tomorrow if no one else can help

I've been trying to find a marriage entry for David Henry Lappage b1873, i've got the one for his first wife in 1899, she died in 1914 & he remarried but I can't find it, don't know the name of his second wife.
