Have you googled? A lot of hits for Paul deFries, but possibly not the one you are looking for...one hit for Ferdinand deFries. OC

Hi, I wonder if anyone could possibly help in my search for my information regarding my Grandfather Paul deFries? I only know that he was French, was a Violinist in an orchestra in India that used to play for the Royal Family in Mysore, the year would be about 1924/25. he did have a brother called Ferdinand. If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful that could direct me to places/sites that could help my search. Phil
