a mabel osbourne born 1895 i think around the mansfield area. she had at least 2 siblings,edna and agnes. mabel married a john read[reid] my problem is i cant order a birth cert as i cannot find her. 9/6/57 was when mabel died/ can anyone help please x |

Hi How close to Mansfield do you need her to be? How sure are you of the spelling of Osbourne? On freebmd for example there are these: Mar 1893 Newark 7b 451 - Osborn - Mabel. Jun 1895 Southwell 7b 443 - Osborne - Mabel. Jun 1895 Nottingham 7b 319 - Osborne - Mabel. Do you have birth refs for Edna or certificates to confirm parents? You could try ordering certificates with a reference check, if you're confident of who her parent(s) are. regards |

There was an Edna Osborne born in Nottingham in 1901, and an Agnes Osborne born in Mansfield in 1899. Were Agnes & Edna younger than Mabel? Any use? regards |

You would benefit from finding the marriage reg'n and purchasing the cert, to find out the name and occupation of her father.......... Reg |
