Exporting Tree.

Has anyone succeded in exporting their Tree from GR lately?I have tried to do this for a couple of days now in order to update my External Sites,but it hasn't arrived via Email,and it still says my Tree Status is 'Exporting'. Regards William Russell Jones Cefn Mawr Wrexham.

Hi William I haven't tried recently, but a couple of months ago I couldn't get mine to export either. I tried every day for a fortnight and it never turned up even though It said it had exported. In the end I had to give my membership details to a trusted friend of mine on here. She had no trouble exporting my tree and she then sent it to me via email Jeanette x

I haven't clicked on Export more than once,I am just naturally concerned as it hasn't arrived by Email.Normally it arrives within about a couple of hours. Regards William Russell Jones Cefn Mawr Wrexham.

Hi William, I have just exported my tree in a matter of minutes.I must admit that I hit the button more than once,because nothing happened,and it came up 3 times!! I also live in N.Wales,near Colwyn bay.What lousy weather we're having today. Brenda
