Can't see my tree!

I've had the same problem for the past two weeks. I've followed all the suggestions given by the GR support team but I still can't view my tree unless I'm really fast and click on 'view old tree' as soon as the top of the page appears. If I'm not fast enough, I end up with just a green page. I don't even get an error message (which I did when this problem first appeared). Linda |

Helen Have you tried this?, hover over where it says VIEW IMIDIATE FAMILY then tick the imidiate family box. Jenny |

For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to access my tree or anyone else's. My tree starts to appear and then the whole screen turns the greeny shade and it says 'done.' Any thoughts? |
