I was charged £9.95 on the 7th and I emailed them telling them I had continuous membership and they emailed me back apologising and refunded me the £2.45 difference. Linda

I paid £9.95 earlier thisyear and wasn't given any options. As far as I knew there was only one membership fee............now I find there are three ! I renewed every year so to me that's coninuous........isn't it ? So I should have a refund I think, especially with this silly jumping screen that makes it almost impossible to stay on the site long

Hi Mary, Just email then asking them for a refund. You've got nothing to lose. The money went into my account 2 day later Good Luck Lida

If I understand rightly, it should be 7.50 and if they charge you 9.95 then complain and you should get a refund. 9.95 is for new membership.

Hi Allen, Just renewed my membership, auto-renewal box was ticked, I did have to confirm with GR,the exact amount,after conflicting reports of amount. They replied it will be £9.95, that is the amount I have just paid. Trish
