Good morning to all my friends, I sent for a marriage certificate from GRO for a couple that married in Devon , I then thought I would like an original of this so sent to the Devon office and was told they did not have a copy and the record must still be with the church records. So If I write to the church will I get a copy from them. Margaret x

It will only cost you a stamp to find out..........or, give the church a ring, and ask. Policy on this sort of thing varies.......... Reg
