Reunion 8 does a very good job., it has been around for more than 10 years. I have been using earlier versions till recently updating to the latest v8 since the late 1980's. Very reliable & is regarded as the standard genealogy program for the Mac. I have tried a number of the Shareware programs, but none come near this. Regards Gus

I'm using Reunion 8 as well. It's brilliant - you can customise notes about relatives into different categories and you can print at least three different formats of tree. (Including the semi-circular one). The advantage it has over Genes' tree is that, say you only know that your great-great-great grandma was called Susannah and she was born in 1812 in Ormskirk (that's mine as an example) but you don't know her maiden surname, you can just put that in. It doesn't force you to enter a surname. I got Reunion just before Christmas and it is great. I really would recommend it.
